Rental Fee Schedule:
Capacity:

Buffet Style – 200 people maximum

Sit Down Dinner – 175 maximum

Outside Tented – 400 person maximum

Rates are as follows:

Corporate Rates:

$1,200.00 for a (4) four hour rental; additional cost will be applied by the hour for additional time

$1,500.00 for a (4) four hour rental; parties over 200 people to 400 people maximum; additional cost will be applied by the hour for additional time

$2,000.00 for a (4) four hour Wedding rental; additional cost will be applied by the hour for additional time

Non-Profit & Museum Member Rates:

$900.00 for a (4) four hour rental; additional cost will be applied by the hour for additional time

$1,250.00 for a (4) four hour rental for over 200 people to 400 people maximum; additional time will be applied by the hour for additional time

Rates include:  Admission to Museum, access to kitchen, podium, PA system, (1) AHM Staff on premise, access to 110 volt power source.   Two (2 to 4) helicopters will be moved from the Museum gallery to increase space for rentals.  The renter and caterer may set up (2) two additional hours before event and (1) one additional hour clean up after the event.  Museum is to be cleaned by renter and back in operating order for the next day of business

A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is required to book an event.
